CATAPULT SPORT

Catapult Sport is a system for processing and analyzing data obtained through an inertial sensor for measuring the athlete's speed qualities, location, and movement during their actions.

The system has the following functions:

  • Recording and analyzing the athlete's accelerations in three planes thanks to a 100Hz accelerometer.
  • Recording and analyzing the athlete's movements in three planes using a magnetometer.
  • Recording and analyzing the athlete's speed and location using GPS and GLONASS antennas for more accurate and reliable data.
  • Algorithm for measuring the athlete's micro-movements (Inertial Movement Analysis).
  • Built-in algorithm for analysis across various sports.
  • Calculation of energy expenditure and applied force during speed running exercises.
